Mideando String Quartet explores the ways of the acoustic music blending the American tradition with the Rock Blues. Since 2002 they play at the EBMA's EWOB Festival Voorthuizen, The Netherlands in May and in 2003 they were named as 3rd best European band (Nugget, Austria, #1, Monogram, CZ, #2). This Award means a lot to them because it is the musicians who vote for bands deserving it. Mideando's music is not restricted to the bluegrass limits, it is better described as "New Acoustic Music" and is worth to be heard.
